The wedding will be held in Washington, but the bachelor bash was set in midtown Manhattan. New York Mayor David Dinkins, Gov. Mario Cuomo and John F. Kennedy Jr. were expected to attend last night's singles-scene farewell for gubernatorial offspring Andrew Cuomo. In a marriage that will unite two Democratic families, Cuomo will marry Kerry Kennedy, daughter of Robert F. Kennedy. Reportedly among the invited but unable to attend: Arnold Schwarzenegger, on the road promoting his new flick "Total Recall."

Goodbye, Jock

Community leaders and local artists gathered last night to bid farewell to Jock Reynolds, past executive director of Washington Project for the Arts. The dinner, which was held at the home of WPA's former board chairman Alan Stone, was attended by Washington artist and current WPA board Chairman Kevin McDonald, board member Colden "Coke" Florance, and Alice Denney, founder of the WPA. Max and Heidi Berry and Washington artists Jacob Kainen, Tom Green, Yuriko Yamaguchi and Keith Morrison were also present.

De Niro and Solidarity

The life story of Lech Walesa has been purchased by Warner Bros., which would like to sign Robert De Niro to play the Polish Solidarity leader. Walesa is said to be thrilled by the thought of De Niro portraying him, and, if all goes well, shooting should begin in Poland early next year.

Fonda Found Out

In 1986, Jane Fonda put down the cosmetic-surgery fad -- then, a year later, secretly had her breasts enlarged and crow's-feet removed from her face, according to a book out this week.

In "Citizen Fonda: The Turbulent Life of Jane Fonda," Christopher Anderson also writes that in Fonda's marriage to Tom Hayden, "He was the boss in no uncertain terms" and treated the actress "as a functionary." He writes that when the couple's divorce becomes final June 10, Hayden will come away with almost $10 million.

A Fonda spokesman said she didn't know the terms of the divorce, and as for surgically improving on Mother Nature, it's "minor compared to {Fonda's} extraordinary life."

'Screaming Meditation'

The doctor of the late free-love guru Osho Rajneesh claimed Friday that he has discovered a cure for soccer hooliganism: screaming.

Swami Amrito, a British physician, said if soccer fans screamed for 10 minutes before and after every match, there would be no reason to worry about violence.

"All that's needed to stop the rising tide of soccer hooliganism around {the upcoming} World Cup match in Italy is that all soccer fans should have a good catharsis," Amrito said, adding that players should also participate in the "screaming meditation."

Amrito has been one of the leaders of the Rajneesh commune in Poona, India, since the guru, known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, died in January. He was expelled from the United States in 1985 for violating immigration laws. At one time his group operated a huge commune in Oregon.

Trump's Humility

More on the Trump Front ... the hot skinny is that Donald Trump is now trying to break down Ivana's resistance with his charm and get back on her good side. When Donald recently made an attempt to be affectionate and asked: "Will you still love me when I don't have any money?" Ivana reportedly snapped: "Yes. I already did love you when you didn't have any money, remember?"
