Wahoo Weiners are available at the O.K. Market, Wahoo, Neb., halfway between Omaha (take Highway 92) and Lincoln (take Highway 77) at 542 N. Linden St. in Wahoo. The market's hours are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

The Kolb Lena Cheese Co. is located at 301 West Railroad St. in downtown Lena, Ill. Store hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mail-order brochures can be obtained from Kolb Lena Cheese Co., P.O. Box 486, Lena, Ill. 61048.

Desert date cake is available at Shields Date Gardens, 80-225 Highway 111, Indio, Calif., 92201 (near Palm Springs), which is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day but Christmas. Mail-order brochures available.

Castle Farms' 12-hour aged buttermilk, three varieties of cottage cheese and other dairy products can be purchased at Lexington Market, Greensprings Shopping Center and Broadway Market in Baltimore. The farm store is open Saturdays and Sundays during the summer, at 14534 Sixes Bridge Rd. in Emmitsburg, Md. 21727. The farm is off Maryland Rte. 15 on Rte. 76.

Bickford Flavorings is at 282 South Main St., Akron, Ohio 44308. Factory hours are 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. The firm will accept mail orders.

Vernor's Ginger Ale can be bought at Sutler's Heritage Meat Market, 4536 Lee Highway, Arlington. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Euclid Beach Popcorn Balls and taffy are sold at Shady Lake Park, 9538 State Rte. 14, Streetsboro, Ohio 44240. There is a $4 postage and handling charge for a box of the popcorn balls, which are 40 cents each, and the taffy, which is $1.40 for a 1/4-pound bag. Park hours are 1 to 8 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the summer. Items can be purchased at the park during the winters from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Fralinger's almond macaroons and molasses paddles can be bought from any of the four Fralinger's stores in Atlantic City, on Kentucky, Arkansas, Virginia and Tennessee avenues. Fralinger's will handle mail orders from 1325 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, N.J. 08401. One dozen macaroons cost $4.49; one dozen paddles, $6.49. There is a 50-cent handling charge. Both take a 2-pound UPS postage rate.

The John Lasser Co., at 2452 North Sheffield in Chicago, is open to the public Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Dieffenbach Potato Chips can be bought only two days a week at the plant in Womelsdorf, Pa., which is near Reading. The Dieffenbach plant is three miles north of Womelsdorf on Rte. 419. A sign directs you to the plant. The chips are sold on Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Star Spangled Foods, which will send a listing of dozens of American-made foods available by mail order, is at 1239 Third Avenue, New York, N.Y. 10021.
