EXPRESS LANE LIST: chicken breasts, lemon, yogurt, chili powder, vees (carrots, cucumbers, red or green bell peppers, cauliflower or broccoli, jicama, whatever looks freshest at the produce counter SUMMER AND SPICE CHICKEN (4 servings) Juice of 1 lemon 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, Salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon oil 1 cup yogurt 1 teaspoon chili powder, or to taste Raw vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, red or green bell peppers, caulifloweccoli, jicama or your choice), cut in sticks or slices for serving
