Bankrupt R&B singer Ronald Isley has agreed to sell his assets to a music financier, but the deal hit an obstacle last week when a judge refused to sign off on it. The judge noted objections to the agreement from several parties, including singer Michael Bolton, who may be planning a competing bid for Isley's assets.
