The Corner Cupboard is open year-round. Between Memorial Day and mid-September, breakfast and dinner are included in the price of rooms and the restaurant is open to the public. The rest of the year, only breakfast is served for lodgers. Reservations for lodging and dinners are a must.

There are 16 rooms available, with the choicest locations being the six in the main house. Almost all have private baths. Through Labor Day, rooms are $90 to $110 per night for double occupancy. Single rooms are from $70 to $90. An extra person in a room is $47.50 a day. If you stay seven nights, you pay for only six. After the dining room closes in mid-September, the rates are $45 for singles and $50 for doubles, with breakfast only.

Rehoboth Beach is a 2 1/2- to three-hour drive from the Washington area. Everyone has a favorite route for going to the Delaware beaches. Once you get on Route 1, take the exit for Rehoboth Beach. Go over the canal bridge, take the first left onto Columbia Avenue, then make a right onto Second Street. Go one block and make a left onto Park Avenue, which is a small country lane. The inn is in the middle of the block.
