Unveiling of a new Ludwig II monument at the Kurhaus in Fu ssen, 5 p.m. June 20-22. Bavarian Patriots' Convention, with folklore groups, sponsored by the Do singen King Ludwig II Society, Do singen near Kaufbeuren. July 19. Laser, fireworks and Wagner-music extravaganza on Starnberg Lake. Probable starting time 10 p.m. Aug. 24. King Ludwig Festival in Oberammergau with the lighting of a large crucifix at the base of Kofelwand mountain, illumination of a huge crown on the summit, musical accompaniment by the Oberammergau brass bands, torchlight processions and plenty of beer.
