After a disastrous 13th birthday party, Jenna Rink discovers that birthday wishes really can come true. She awakens to find herself 17 years in the future as a 30-year-old with a great job and gorgeous apartment.

Jennifer Garner stars in the latest addition to the child-in-an-adult-body theatrical formula in Columbia TriStar's "13 Going on 30" (DVD $28.95).

The DVD bonus features include a blooper reel, 18 deleted scenes, commentary from director Gary Winick, a featurette that takes a look at the high-school years of the film's cast and two music videos: "Love Is a Battlefield" by Pat Benatar and "Jessie's Girl" by Rick Springfield.

Mentally unaffected by the 17-year time lapse, Jenna searches for her teenage sweetheart and -- even more importantly -- she finally becomes popular.

Many may notice several similarities between the film and Tom Hanks's '80s blockbuster "Big."

Movie critic Ann Hornaday wrote, "If '13 Going on 30' isn't exactly original, it's still reasonably cool, thanks to Garner's uninhibited portrayal of a nerd trapped in a 'Sex and the City' body."

Mark Ruffalo, Judy Greer and Kathy Baker costar in the PG-13 film.
