An introductory computer training class for people with mental illness to learn the basics about using Microsoft Word and the Internet. Screenings, Volunteers and Donations


A study, sponsored by the Immunology Center at Georgetown University Medical Center, for anyone 18 to 60 years old who has HIV and is no longer responsive to conventional antiviral therapy (HAART). Subjects must also have a CD4 count (which is measured in a blood test to evaluate the immune system) of at least 200. To learn more, call 202-687-8227.

A fair to host a variety of workshops and interactive demonstrations about various healing methods such as (but not limited to): massage, healing touch and tai chi. North Arundel Hospital sponsors year-round outdoor walking programs in which people of all ages are welcome to stroll or power walk. Mileage cards, supplied and totaled by the co-sponsors, are available when the walking begins at the following locations:
