The National Weather Forecast for today - Rain is possible over much of Washington state, portions of the northern Plains and upper Great Lakes, over portions of the southern Plains and along the Gulf Coast from Texas to Florida. There will also be rain over the lower Great Lakes, from the western Appalachians to the Atlantic and over Georgia. Snow is likely in the northern plateau and northern Rockies. Temperatures will be mostly warm along the coast from Texas through New Jersey, except for southern Florida, where it will be warm. Most of the California coast will also be warm.
