West Virginia: Today - Rain during the day, snow by tonight. Highs will be from the upper 30s to the upper 40s, lows from the upper 20s to the mid 30s. Saturday Snow, highs from the upper, 20s to the low 40s.

The National Weather Forecast for today - Snow is likely over the extreme northern portions of the plateau and Rocky moutains, with rain reaching into the central plateau and central Rockies. Snow is also likely from the upper Mississippi Valley through the Great Lakes, with rain likely through the Orio Valley and over Florida and the southern Atlantic Coast. There is a chance of snow flurries in sections of the northern and central Rockies and Plains as well as from the central Atlantic Coast into New England. Temperatures will be mild from Mexico into southwest Texas - and over most of Florida. Most of the remainder of the country can expect cool to cold conditions.

The National Weather Service forecasts the Potomac River stage at Little Falls should be near 4-2 feet today.
