The National Weather Forecast for today - Rain will fall over the middle and northern Atlantic coast and over the upper Ohio Valley. Light rain will scatter over western Washington. Most of the rest of the nation will have sunny skies, with mild temperatures extending from the Mississippi Valley to the West Coast.
