Atlantic Ocean Beaches from New Jersey to North Carolina: Today - Sunny and pleasant, high in the upper 70s. Tuesday - Mostly sunny and warm, high in the 80s. Water temperatures will range from the low 70s in the north to near 80 in the south.

West Virginia: Today - Sunny, highs from the low 70s to low 80s, lows in the 50s to near 60 except in the 40s to near 50 in the mountains. Tuesday - Sunny, highs from the upper 70s to mid 80s.

The National Weather Forecast for today - Scattered showers will spread from the Pacific Northwest across Idaho, Montana and North Dakota. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be frequent over Florida, and less numerous across Georgia and the Carolinas, Texas and the [WORD ILLEGIBLE]. Widely scattered thundershowers will dot the south and central Rockies. Elsewhere sunshine will prevail. Mild or cool temperatures will cover most of the Pacific Coast states, the northern half of the Intermountain Region and the Rockies.
