The National Weather Forecast for Today -- Scattered snow showers will fall from Utah across the northern Rockies, the northern Great Plains into Wisconsin. Scattered rain and snow will dot the south and central Rockies and Arizona. Rain will snow over the higher mountains and will fall over southern California and Nevada. Showers will dot the coastal sections of northeast Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas. Rain will fall from the central Great Plains and the lower and central Mississipi.
