Comes now J. Gordon Forester, Jr., Successor-Trustee of the Estate of Domenico Rinaldi, duly qualified and on behalf of the Estate, having reported to the Court receipt of an offer to purchase real estate described as Lot 808, Square 1967 improved by premises 3614 Albemarle Street, N.W. in the District of Columbia for the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) all cash, subject to a six percent (6%) sales commission, and said Successor Trustee having recommended acceptance of said offer, it is this 21st day of september, 1979.
ORDERED, by this Court that said offer be accepted and the sale ratified and confirmed unless cause be shown to the contrary or a higher offer for said real estate acceptable to the Court be made on or before 17th day of October, 1979 at 10 a.m. before the Motions Judge (Judge John Lewis Smith, Jr. in Courtroom 15, 6th Floor) at which time higher offers will be considered and objections to the said sale heard; provided that a copy of this Order be published once in the Washington Law Reporter and once in the Washington Post, publication to be made at least ten (10) days before the last mentioned date.
