The Montgomery County public schools' Child Find Office has scheduled 10 free clinics during February and March to help locate handicapped preschool children who may need help.The children may be mentally retarded, emotionally retarded, emotionally impaired, learning disabled, visually or hearing impaired, physically handicapped.

At each clinic, children born after Jan. 1, 1976, will be examined for any potential learning problem that could slow their progress in public schools. If problems are found, parents will be told where they can get a more thorough check for their child and which free services are available.
