In the third incident, David Best, 24, of 7611 Fountainebleau Dr., New Carrollton, was stabbed about 2:45 a.m. in the 400 block of Park Road NW. He died later at the Medstar unit at the Washington Hospital Center.

Police said Best was trying to break up a fight when he was stabbed.
