On Tuesday, March 3, 1981, at Peninsula General Hospital, salisbury, Md., PERCY NORMAN BAXTER, of North Beach Park, Md., a native of Washington, D.C.; husband of the late Lillie Ellis Baxter; beloved father of Lillie Baxter Largey of 21 Union Church rd., Salisbury, Md. and father-in-law of David Poole Largey; very special grandfather of David Poole Largey, Jr., Lynne Baxter Largey, John Stuart Largey and Tyler Earl Baxter Largey; brother of Mrs. Margarite Bamberger of Silver Spring, Md., Mrs. Gertrude Powers of Richmond, Va., Mrs. Irene O'Conner of Silver Spring, Md., and Charles R. Baxter of McLean, Va. He retired in 1949, after 40 years of service from the Silver Spring office of the Prudential Insurance Company. He was a member of the Masons, Chillum Castle Lodge, No. 186 A.F. & A.M., Hyattsville, Md.
