Perry J. Edwards, 33, a retail manager with Garfinckel's department store, died Oct. 7 at George Washington University Hospital after a heart attack. He lived in Potomac.

Mr. Edwards was born in Washington and reared in Chevy Chase. He was a graduate of Bay State College in Florida. He worked for Emerson restaurants before joining Garfinckel's five years ago.

Survivors include his wife, the former Anne Sullivan, a daughter, Erin, and two sons, Christopher and Bryan, all of Potomac; his mother, Thelma Edwards, two brothers, William W. and Geoffrey, and a sister, Deborah Edwards, all of Chevy Chase. Perry J. Edwards, 33
