Fairfax County police received the following crime reports between July 29 and August 5 in the Mason police district and portions of the McLean police district, as shown in the accompanying map: Robbery

CRATER PL., 6000 block at 1 a.m. on July 30. Two men who had been picked up in the District of Columbia by a cab driver robbed him and fled in his cab. Embezzlement

LEESBURG PIKE, 5100 block. A 22-year-old Alexandria woman was charged with grand larceny after allegedly taking cash from the business where she worked. Thefts/Breakins

ARLINGTON BLVD., 6100 block. A black 1972 Lincoln two door sedan was stolen from a garage.

BARCROFT VIEW TER., 3600 block. A Sayno stereo recorder and Zenith color televison were taken from an apartment.

BEAUREGARD ST., 4900 block. An apartment was entered and vandalized.

CHOWNING PL., 6300 block. A watch was taken from a residence. Entry was through the front door.

COLUMBIA PIKE, 5800 block. About $700 in coins was taken from a business. Entry was by smashing in a plexiglass door.

COLUMBIA PIKE, 7000 block. A compressed air impact wrench was taken from a shop.

GLEN DR. W., 2800 block. A purse and cash were taken from an apartment. Entry was through a bedroom window.

GRAHAM RD., 3000 block at 5 a.m. on August 1. Officers responding to an alarm in nd a 21-year-old Falls Church man in the building and arrested him as he climbed out a window. He has been chaREAT FALLS ST., 1600 block. Five sailboards were stolen from in front of a home.

LEESBURG PIKE, 8000 block.lens were taken from an office building. Entry was through a front door.

LITTLE RIVER TURNPIKE, 7600 block.nging was stolen from an office.

PATRICK HENRY DR., 3000 block. Stereo and tape equipment and a television partment. Entry was by pushing in a window screen.

PIMMIT DR., 2200 block. $100 was taken from an apartment0 block. Three rings and a pin were taken from an apartment.

SOUTH MANCHESTER ST., 3100 block. Two calculatn from an office.

SUMMIT RD., 1200 block. Jewelry and a gold watch were taken from a residence.

WILLSTON$1,500 cash was stolen from an apartment. Entry was by pushing a window screen open.

WILSON BLVD., 6200 blowere taken from a residence. Entry was by removing a window screen.

EIGHTH CIR., 6300 block. More thasn $50a watch were taken from a residence. Entry was by breaking a rear basement window.
