All libraries also will register voters on Saturdays, Sept. 10, 17 and 24, and on Oct. 1 and 8; and county libraries open Thursday nights will register voters 7-9 p.m. on Sept. 8, 15, 22 and 29 and on Oct. 6.

Group registration for civic, church and other groups is available on written request with 10 days notice.

Handicapped and homebound residents can receive in-home registration by appointment.
