Use permit applications for a doctors' office at 2016 N. Adams St., a family home day-care service at 713 S. Gelbe Rd., and a private school at 1101 N. Taylor St.
Site plan amendment review to permit counseling and therapy groups with a maximum of eight clients, and seminars with a maximum of 15 clients at 1925 N. Lynn St.
Site plan amendment to permit development at 1100 to 1110 N. Vermont St.
Zoning ordinance amendment regarding site development and landscape plan for two-family dwellings.
Land-use plan amendment to change the southernmost portion of the block bounded by S. Kenmore Street, S. 22nd Street and S. Shirlington Road from service commercial to low residential zoning.
Administrative Items, including: approval of Sept. 24 minutes, consent items, appropriations, consideration of parking revenue bond negotiations, appointments and a request to advertise the rezoning of county land at Four Mile Run from Walter Reed Drive to Jennie Dean Park.
