Linda Williams, 36, of 7701 Georgia Ave. NW, has been arrested in Charleston, S.C., and charged with the Oct. 11 slaying of her neighbor, 67-year-old Vincent Arthur Healy, who worked as a security guard.

D.C. police said the suspect was arrested Thursday night at a motel in Charleston. They said Williams was expected to be extradited to the District.

The body of Healy, who was shot several times, was found stuffed in a closet at the apartment building where both Healy and Williams lived, police said. Healy had worked as a guard for Pinkerton's Inc. since 1968, said company officials. D.C. Slaying Fugitive Arrested In Charleston
