Golden Triangle: 42 acres of commercial and office development fronting Greenbelt Road at Kenilworth Avenue; completion date February 1986.
Woodmore: 1,127 acres of single-family homes and condominiums at Woodmore and Enterprise Roads in Mitchellville.
Inglewood Business Community: 229 acres at the Landover Road and Capital Beltway interchange near Capital Centre. It will include seven buildings with office space for business and research and development.
Maryland Science and Technology Center: 463 acres east of the Rte. 3 and Rte. 50 interchange near Bowie. It will include a computer facility, retail center and office space.
Collington Center: 1,280 acres near Rtes. 214 and 301 near Bowie. It will include a foreign trade zone for light industrial and office use.
Princetowne: Formerly called Bay of the Americas, the 439-acre waterfront project will be near Woodrow Wilson Bridge and include retail space, a marina, restaurants, residences and the Washington World Trade Center.
Konterra: 1,125 acres have been approved for a proposed mini-city near Laurel that will include office, light industrial and residential space.
Laurel Lakes: 400,000-square-foot shopping center and an executive park with 59,000 square feet of office space. It will include 36 acres of parks and 1,800 homes.
