Edison Students to Perform Play at Hospital Students at Thomas A. Edison High School will put on the play "Winnie the Pooh" for children in Alexandria Hospital on Dec. 26. The play will be performed at the high school Dec. 13 and 14 at 7:30 p.m. Ticket price is $1.50. Flood Victims Need Rental Houses, Apartments Rental houses and apartments are urgently needed for homeless Virginians as a result of the flooding caused by Hurricane Juan, according to Mike Freeman of the federal disaster housing program.

Fairfax High School Holds 'College Night' The Northern Virginia Football Coaches Association is sponsoring its annual student-athlete "College Night" for all senior male and female athletes tonight at Fairfax High School, 3500 Old Lee Hwy., Fairfax. The purpose of the program is to offer athletes and their parents an opportunity to meet with college representatives from Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
