VAN BRADY ROAD -- Granted a request by Martin and Barbara Padgett to build a house on a lot that is 10 feet wide at the front street line instead of 25 feet wide as required.
CRICKET PLACE, 6501 -- Granted a request by Ronald Lee and Linda Terrell to validate an existing deck 15 feet from the rear property line instead of 20 feet as required.
CASTLEWOOD PLACE, 610 -- Granted a request by K & P Builders Inc. to validate a newly built house 7.2 feet from a side property line instead of eight feet as required.
SHADY GLENN DR., 1103 -- Granted a request by Earl and Lula Reaves to build an addition on a house 9 1/2 feet from the rear property line instead of 20 feet as required.
DORCHESTER RD., 2416 -- Granted a request by Joanne Thompson and Beatrice Largay to validate an existing house and attach a kitchen and garage to the side of the house, leaving 23 feet of total side yard space instead of 35 feet as required.
