NEWPORT AVE., 5128 -- Granted variances requested by Gregory Milanovich to build an addition onto a house that does not conform to current zoning standards because of its location on the lot, and to allow the addition and the existing house to stand 1.8 feet from a side property line instead of the minimum five feet required.
