COLUMBIA PIKE, 1710 -- Approved the request of Joyce Ann Hueston to add a deck to a residence three feet from a side property line instead of eight feet as required.

DINWIDDIE ST. N., 2330 -- Approved the request of Giulio R. Porta to build an addition to a residence 14.8 feet from the rear property line instead of 25 feet as required.

DINWIDDIE ST. N., 2336 -- Approved the request of Paul H. Cretien to build a carport onto a residence 2 1/2 feet from the front property line instead of 35 feet as required.

FORT SCOTT DR., 2626 -- Approved the request of the Durso family to add a porch to a residence 22 feet from the front property line instead of 25 feet as required.

IRVING ST. S., 911 -- Approved the request of the Kuser family to build an addition to a residence eight feet from a side property line instead of 10 feet as required.

JACKSON ST. N., 601 -- Approved the request of the Baird family to build an addition to a residence 20 feet from a side property line instead of 30 feet as required.

RANDOLPH ST. N., 4022 -- Approved the request of the England family to add a porch to a residence nine feet from the rear property line instead of 25 feet as required.

RICHMOND ST. N., 2321 -- Approved the request of the Pickering family to add a porch to a residence 25.6 feet from the front property line instead of 30 feet as required.

SEVENTH ST. N., 2914 -- Approved the request of Susan F. Poe to add a porch to a residence 18 feet from the front property line instead of 25 feet as required and to build an addition 18 feet from a side property line instead of 25 feet as required.

12TH ST. S., 5109 -- Approved the request of John G. Ahmad to build an addition to a residence 20 feet from the rear property line instead of 25 feet as required.

24TH ST. S., 644 -- Deferred until Sept. 14 consideration of the request of the Velde family to build an addition to a residence 16 feet from a side property line instead of 25 feet as required.
