BETHESDA

ARMAT DR., 7200 -- Granted a variance request by Henry B. Keiser to build two gatehouses in a side yard instead of in the rear yard as required. A separate variance request also was granted to build a nine-foot brick "privacy wall." Without the variance, the wall could not have been higher than 6.6 feet.

BRADMOOR DR., 8505 -- Granted a variance request by Candace and James Tierney to enclose an existing porch that is 18 feet from the front property line instead of the minimum 25 feet required.

BRYANT DR., 8309 -- Granted a variance request by H. Neal Dunning to build a two-story addition to a house 5.5 feet from a side property line instead of the minimum eight feet required.
