WOODYARD RD., 7001 -- Granted a request by Hexagon Developers to validate an existing industrial building 40 feet from a rear lot line instead of 75 feet as required, and to waive a 25-foot-wide landscape strip requirement and buffer and fence requirements. The building is surrounded by a thick wooded area that serves as a buffer as well as a screen.
