Q ST., 2230 -- Denied a request by William Brock to build a second-story addition to an existing garage in a residential zone.
GEORGIA AVE., 3646 -- Granted a request by So Kwang Park to add a food store to an existing gas station in a commercial zone.
LIVINGSTON ST., between 3501 and 3503 -- Reversed a decision by the zoning administrator, who had determined that the space between two lots was large enough for a building.
MACARTHUR BLVD., 4434 -- Granted a request by MACMED Limited Partnership to build a medical clinic in a residential zone.
MORRISON ST., 3725-3729 -- Granted a request by Safeway Inc. to continue to operate a parking lot in a residential zone.
RESERVOIR RD., 4707 -- Granted a request by John Bodner to modify plans for an addition to a single family house in a residential zone.
11TH ST., 1129-1133 -- Granted a request by Dong Kyu Kim to allow office use in a special purposes zone.
