PATRICK ST. N., 220 -- By Rebecca Hecht-Lewis to replace a wood front door with a new wood door on a two-story wood town house. 5 to 2.

PRINCESS ST., 1013 -- By Richard Kellogg to construct a 2 1/2-story brick building on a vacant lot. 7 to 1.

QUEEN ST., 1209 1/2 -- By C.L. Dickenson to build a wood fence on the side and front property lines of a 2 1/2-story wood town house. 7 to 0.
