BALTIMORE AVE., 7150 -- Granted a request by Marriott Corp. for a restaurant to provide a front landscape strip five feet wide instead of 10 feet wide as required.

LAUREL

LINDENDALE DR., 8500 -- Granted a request by C. Jacobsen Construction Inc. to build a house 50 feet from the front property line instead of the 55-foot minimum distance required.

TAKOMA PARK

FLOWER AVE., 7309 -- Granted a request by Angela G. Brown for a waiver to validate an existing house adjacent to a rear property line instead of the minimum of 20-foot distance required. The waiver was required to allow the construction of an addition to the front of the house.

UPPER MARLBORO

CASTLEWOOD DR., 1111 -- Granted a request by Foster Yeonas to validate a partially constructed house 7 feet 2 inches from a side property line instead of the eight-foot minimum distance required.

CASTLEWOOD DR., 1109 -- Granted a request by Foster Yeonas to validate a partially constructed house 7 feet 2 inches from a side property line instead of the eight-foot minimum distance required.
