PARKWAY ST., 3020 -- Granted a request by Madeleine Golde and Norman Oslik to construct a two-story addition on the side of an existing house 2 1/2 feet from side property line instead of the 8 1/2-foot minimum distance required.

COLLEGE PARK

DARTMOUTH AVE., 6906 -- Granted a request by Peter C. and Alice C. Migerey to validate an existing house one foot from a side yard line instead of the eight-foot minimum distance required, in order to add an extension to the house.

HYATTSVILLE

LONGFELLOW ST., 3913 -- Granted a request by Charles Hibbard Jr. to validate an existing house six feet from a side property line instead of the eight-foot minimum distance required, in order to construct a sun deck.

LANHAM

CIPRIANO RD., 6217 -- Granted a request by James H. Shirley and Shirley L. Shirley to validate an existing house 10 feet from the rear property line instead of the 20-foot minimum distance required, and to validate an existing shed feet five feet from a side property line instead of the 30-foot minimum distance required.

LAUREL

CARLAND PLACE, 12503 -- Granted a request by Alfred W. and Mary Arsenault to construct a one-car garage six feet from a house instead of the eight-foot minimum distance required.

LAUREL

LOCUST GROVE DR., 8600 -- Granted a request by Leonard and Alice Matthews to construct a house on a 7-500 square foot lot rather than the 10,000-square foot minimum lot size required. A request also was granted to build the house 50 feet from the front property line instead of the 55-foot minimum distance required.

MORNINGSIDE

ALLIES RD., 4513 -- Granted a request by James and Rosanne Fletcher to validate an existing addition on the side of a house six feet from a side property line instead of the eight-foot minimum distance required, and to validate an above-ground pool six feet from the rear of the house. Regulations require pools over three feet high to be a minimum of eight feet from buildings.

NEW CARROLLTON

85TH AVE., 6008 -- Granted a request by Harry W. and Jeannette M. Stup to validate an existing house, porch and driveway 10 feet from a rear property line instead of the 20-foot minimum distance required.
