53RD AVE., 43403 -- Granted a request by Pedro A. Tirado to construct a single-family house on 9,596 square feet of property instead of the minimum 10,000 square feet as required.
JAVINS ST., 1805 -- Granted a request by John R. and Carla J. Woods to allow construction of a detached garage in a side yard instead of the rear as required.
BRETT PLACE, 8011 -- Granted a request to validate an existing house seven feet from a side yard line instead of the minimum eight feet required and 11 feet from the rear yard line instead of the minimum 20 feet required.
MADISON ST., 4009 -- Granted a request by David and Joanne Young to extend a screen porch along the front of a house 17 feet from the front yard line instead of the 25-foot minimum distance required.
CHICKASAW DR., 1123 -- Granted a request by Julious and Juanita Henderson to validate an existing dwelling covering 2,524 square feet of property instead of the maximum 2,100 square feet as required to resurface a driveway.
KENILWORTH AVE., 5430 -- Granted a request by Jong Mok and Chi Yon Lee to validate a restaurant building five feet from the rear yard line instead of the 25-foot minimum distance required and two feet from a side yard line instead of the 12-foot minimum distance required to construct an attached screen porch on the side of the building.
G ST., 6402 -- Granted a request by Willie Stewart Jr. to construct a sun deck two feet from a side yard line instead of the eight-foot minimum distance required.
