QUEEN ST., 1019 -- By Robert Brynes to construct a two-story wood addition on the side and rear of a two-story wood town house. 6 to 0.

QUEEN ST., 1209 1/2 -- By C.L. Dickinson to construct a free-standing two-car wood garage in the rear yard of a two-story wood town house, and to erect a six-foot-high wood privacy fence on the rear and both side property lines. 6 to 0.

WEST ST. N., 237 -- By Clifford A. Rettig for approval of the color of a two-story wood semidetached house to be constructed on a vacant lot. 5 to 1.
