Specialties: beefsteak, turkey, ham, flounder or duck all served with vegetables, appetizer, salad, dessert and a nonalcoholic beverage.

Price range: $10.95 to $17.95 for a full course dinner; $10.95 per child or senior citizen. Reservations are required. Specialties: roast turkey, crab imperial or roast prime rib of beef, all served with baked potato and buttered succotash and a beverage. Appetizers are apple cider, country salad and relish, and for dessert, choose from pumpkin pie with whipped cream or pecan pie with chocolate sauce.
The Country Farm Inn, 100 Painters Mill Rd., Owings Mills. 363-3131. Hours: seatings every half hour from 2 to 8 p.m. Cards: AE, MC and V. Free parking. Full bar. Price range: $12.75 to $16.50. $6.50 to $7.95 for a limited children's menu. Reservations required. Classic French cuisine is served in the 1767 home of Maryland landowner Samuel Owings. Thanksgiving specialties will be salmon, roast turkey Mayflower and venison. All entrees will be served with salad and rolls.
Historic Inns of Annapolis, Treaty of Paris Restaurant, 16 Church Circle, Annapolis. Hours: noon to 6:30 p.m. Cards: AE, DC, CB, MC and V. Street parking. Full bar. Reservations are recommended. Price range: $16 to $23 for an appetizer, entree, dessert and coffee, tea or milk. $10 for a children's portion of turkey or pork roast. Thanksgiving menu will be roast turkey with chestnut stuffing or stuffed pork roast, stuffed shrimp, seafood Norfolk or prime rib, Maryland crab soup, butternut squash and apple soup, an orange walnut salad with honey vinaigrette dressing or Caesar salad.
Mount Airy Plantation, 8714 Rosaryville Rd., Upper Marlboro. 856-1860. Hours: 1 and 4 p.m. seatings. Cards: AE, MC, V. Reservations required. Children's portions are available for half price. The two options are prix fixe four-course menu for $33 per person (appetizer, salad, entree and dessert) and five-course prix fixe menu for $39 per person (appetizer, soup, salad, entree and dessert). Beverages are extra. Thanksgiving menu will include: a cold oyster sampler, pate, salmon served with an apple black walnut salad, hot bottom vegetable timbale, seafood chowder, spiced pumpkin soup, turkey with Maryland oyster sage dressing, salmon knots with lobster mousse, pheasant served with a cranberry apple glaze and chestnut puree, grilled venison medallion, fresh Carolina shrimp.
Normandie Farm, 10710 Falls Rd., Potomac. 983-8838. Hours: noon to 7 p.m. Cards: AE, DC, CB, MC, and V. Free parking. Full bar. Price range: $22 to $26 per adult. $8 for children under 12. Reservations required. The Thanksgiving menu offers a four-course dinner beginning with a choice of appetizers including pate maison, oyster bisque, split pea soup or fresh fruit. The second course is salad Normandie. Entrees are traditional turkey with chestnut stuffing and candied yams, cranberry sauce and long green beans, roast duck with raspberry and walnut sauce, swordfish steak or filet mignon. All entrees will be served with popovers and muffins with apple butter. Dessert offerings are profiteroles, pumpkin pie, carrot cake with cream cheese icing and pumpkin ice cream with bourbon sauce. Coffee, tea or milk are included.

Thanksgiving menu will be a three-course dinner with choice of turkey with sausage and sage stuffing, baked Virginia ham with champagne and raisin sauce, brook trout with mushroom and shallots in a creamy white wine sauce, duck breast with a cider sauce, filet mignon with cabernet sauvignon and shallot sauce, venison loin with a brandy and green pepper sauce, and crab imperial. Entrees are served with vegetables, an appetizer and dessert. Price range is $13.50 to $19.50. Children's portions range from $8 to $12.
