KEOKEE ST., 1602-Granted a request by Philip D. and Eve J. Rinaldi for a waiver of a back yard requirement so they can construct a detached carport along the side of a house 25 feet from the front street line instead of at least 60 feet as required.
CANYON PLACE, 132-Granted a request by Thomas Jackson to construct a sun deck on the rear of a house 14 feet from the rear yard line instead of at least 20 feet as required.
KEOKEE ST., 1703-Granted a request by Charles G. Reynolds for a waiver of a back yard requirement so he can construct a detached carport along the side of a house 25 feet from the front street line instead of at least 60 as required.
PRINCE GEORGE'S AVE., 6914-Granted a request by Domenick Martinelli to validate a shed 16 feet high when the maximum height allowed is 15 feet.
QUEENS CHAPEL RD., 6411-Granted a request by Joyce B. and Robert S. Lobban to validate a porch on the side of a house four feet from a side yard instead of at least eight feet as required so they can construct a wood deck and walkway on the rear and side of the house.
