ADAMS ST. S., 323 -- Granted the request of Pasquino Malachin to build an addition 17 1/2 feet from the front property line instead of 25 feet as required.

ARLINGTON RIDGE RD. S., 1605 -- Granted the request Schon C. Oppert to install an air conditioner 3 1/2 feet from a side property line instead of eight feet as required.

DITTMAR RD. N., 4431 -- Granted the request of Wexford Associates Inc. to build a house 20 feet from the front property line instead of 25 feet as required, and 16 feet from the rear property line instead of 25 feet as required.

HILL ST. S., 3004 -- Granted the request of the Carney family to build an addition five feet from a side property line instead of eight feet as required.

ILLINOIS ST. N., 2220 -- Granted the request of the Robertson family to build an addition closer to the rear property line that 25 feet as required. The applicants asked to build the addition 17 feet from the line. The board determined the structure could stand 19 feet from the line.

IRVING ST. N., 801 -- Granted the request of Ann Robertson and Gordon W. Quattlebaum to build an addition closer to a side property line than 29 feet as required. The applicants asked to build the addition 13 feet from the line. The board determined the structure could stand 14 1/2 feet from the line.

KENSINGTON ST. N., 2707 -- Granted the request of Lawrence Vanderberg to build an eight-foot-high fence around a residence. Seven feet is the maximum height permitted.

NORTH GEORGE MASON DR., 2921 -- Granted the request of Violet Davis Grubbs to build a deck 13.6 feet from the rear property line instead of 25 feet as required.

PERSHING DR. S., 142 -- Granted the request of the Freas family to build an addition closer to the front property line than 25 feet as required. The applicants asked to build the addition 17 1/2 feet from the line; the board determined the structure could stand 23 feet from the line.

RADFORD ST. N., 2739 -- Granted the request of Elvira Orly to build a carport 10 feet from a side property line instead of 15 feet as required. The board granted the request on the condition that the carport not be enclosed.

UPTON ST. N., 1931 -- Granted the request of the Roschke family to install an air conditioner 15 feet from a side property line instead of 25 feet as required.

VERMONT ST. N., 3320 -- Granted the request of Peggy Hoffman to build a swimming pool 11 feet from the rear property line instead of 25 feet as required.
