Fayette St. within seven feet of the rear property line instead of at least eight feet from the line as required. The other at 308 N. Fayette St. would be within 6.5 feet of the rear property line instead of at least eight feet from the line as required. 4 to 1.

GRANDVIEW DR., 703 -- By Roderick Vawter to build a cornice and parapet on the side of a single-family house within 7.7 feet of a side property line instead of at least eight feet from the line as required. 5 to 0.
