FAIRFAX ST. S., 433 -- By Peter T. Comey to construct a second-story, 11-by-16 foot addition to the rear of a two-story brick town house. 6 to 1.

PRINCE ST., 1200 -- By J. & J. Francone Inc. to install an iron railing along a handicapped ramp on the first-floor side entrance of a two-story brick building. 7 to 0.

PRINCE ST., 1219 -- By John Savage to construct a 1 1/2-story, 22-by-34 foot, wood L-shaped addition on the rear of a two-story wood town house. 7 to 0.
