The following requests were approved:

FREDERICK RD., 8470 -- By Historic Ellicott Properties to demolish a residence.

MAIN ST., 8307 -- By First American Management to remove small trees and debris at a business.

ST. PAUL ST. 2768 -- By Historic Ellicott Properties to demolish and rebuild a retaining wall at a residence.

ST. PAUL ST., 3758 -- By First American Management to to install two skylights at a residence. The following requests were postponed:

MAIN ST., 8030 -- By Caryl Maxwell Classical Ballet School to install a sign at a business.

MAIN ST., 8085-8089 -- By Thomas Vyrostek to install vinyl siding on three commercial/residential buildings.

MARYLAND AVE., 3720 -- By Emmett Peake to demolish a barn.

MARYLAND AVENUE AND ST. PAUL STREET -- By Emmett Peake to construct four or five town houses.

ST. PAUL ST., 3775 -- By Taylor Manor Hospital to install a directional sign. The following requests were withdrawn:
