The following requests were approved:

N., 638 -- By the City of Alexandria to construct a one-story addition on the side of a building that houses a black history museum adjacent to the front and rear property lines and to within one foot of the side property line, rather than a minimum of 20, 25 and 24 feet from the lines, respectively, as required. 5 to 0.
CUSTIS AVE. E., 413 -- By Jeffrey Bier to build a detached garage adjacent to the rear and side property lines rather than a minimum of 9.5 and 8 feet, respectively, from the lines as required. 5 to 0.
FAYETTE ST. N., 306-308 -- By Norman A.M. Conway to install two heat pumps within eight feet of each side property line, rather than a minimum of 6.5 feet from the north side line and eight feet from the south side line as required. 5 to 0.
