The following requests were approved:
FAIRFAX ST. N., 212 -- By Richard Schoppett to build three dormers on a two-story wood single-family house. 6 to 1.
KING ST., 726 -- By R.C. Bhalla to remove black tile and restore the brick on a two-story brick building and to put a canvas awning across the front of the first floor of the building. 6 to 1.
KING ST., 902-910 -- By Daniel R. Bairley to put brick trim on a five-story brick building. 7 to 0.
QUEEN ST., 312 -- By Daniel R. Bairley to install an exterior light fixture on a three-story brick town house. 7 to 0. The following requests were deferred for further study:
DUKE ST., 1435-1437 -- By Maeng Yi to install large windows on the first-floor fronts and put new roofs on two, two-story brick town houses.
WASHINGTON ST. N., 127 B -- By Richard G. Hetherington to hang on a one-story brick building a 24-by-36 inch, wood, hanging sign that would read "A.H. Moore Men's and Women's Footwear, 549-7860" and another wood sign that would read "A.H. Moore."
