FREDERICK ROAD WEST OF PLUMTREE DRIVE -- By Grey Rock Community to build 254 units of senior citizen housing on 50 acres.

LYNN BUFF COURT WEST OF U.S. RTE. 1 -- By Freestate Business Park to construct commercial buildings 55 feet from adjoining residential property instead of the 150 feet required.

LYNN BUFF COURT WEST OF U.S. RTE. 1 -- By Rentex Equipment Corp. to construct a commercial building 113 feet from adjoining residential property instead of the 150 feet required.

RTE. 144 AND WHITEFOOT ALLEY -- By Eastern Sales and Engineering Company to place a commercial sign 7 1/2 feet from the front property line instead of the 14 feet required.
