CLEVELAND ST. N., 1604 -- Granted the request of Robert Currie to build an addition to a residence 5.6 feet from a side property line instead of at least eight feet away as required.

EDISON ST. S., 15 -- Granted the request of Donna Briley to build an addition to a residence that would leave less than the required 15-foot minimum distance between the house and the garage.

EMERSON ST. N., 305 -- Granted the request of the Coffin family to build an addition to a residence closer to a side property line than the 15-foot minimum distance required. The applicants asked to build the addition 2.7 feet from the line; the board determined the structure could stand 4.7 feet from the line.

LINCOLN ST. N., 609 -- Granted the request of the Broome family to build an addition to a residence that would leave less than the required minimum 15-foot distance between the house and the garage.

FIFTH ST. S., 2000 -- Granted the request of June A. Ventura to build an addition to a residence nine feet from the front property line instead of at least 25 feet away as required.

FIFTH ST. S., 5725 -- Granted the request of the Litschke family to build an addition to a residence closer to a side property line than the 10-foot minimum distance required. The applicants asked to build the addition four feet from the line; the board determined the structure could stand eight feet from the line.

SEVENTH ST. N., 5703 -- Granted the request of Christopher E. Paine to install an air conditioner four feet from a side property line instead of at least eight feet away as required.

13TH RD. S., 1601 -- Granted the request of the Mount Olive Baptist Church to build an addition to a church 25 feet from a side property line instead of at least 30 feet away as required.

39TH ST. N., 4200 -- Granted the request of the Thompson family to build an addition to a residence closer to a side property line than the eight-foot minimum distance required. The applicants asked to build the addition five feet from the line; the board determined the stucture could stand six feet from the line.
