'Children Killing Children' Topic on Radio

WRC Radio (980 AM) will hold a "Town Meeting on the Air" on the topic of "Children Killing Children Over Drugs," from noon to 3 p.m. tomorrow at the Martin Luther King Library, 901 G St. NW. WRC's Bev Smith will host the program featuring educators, government officials and community leaders.

U.N. Ozone Treaty to Be Discussed

A panel discussion of "Protecting the Earth's Shield: The United Nation's Ozone Treaty" will be held at 4 p.m. today at the World Bank. Ambassador Richard Benedick, principal U.S. negotiator for the United Nations treaty, will speak. Bilingual Aid on Tax Forms

Wind Instrument Workshop Scheduled

A workshop on wind instruments will be held Saturday at Howard University as part of the Music Department's series of workshops on the teaching and performing aspects of piano, wind instruments and strings.
