Has played three years of varsity lacrosse. He completed the season with 50 points on 32 goals and 18 assists at the attack position. His personal best of six goals against McNamara last year was equaled this season against Paul VI.

Was voted honorable mention to the All-Met team, and was voted to first-team all-conference. As a junior was voted to second-team all-conference.

He participated in two lacrosse camps in the summer of senior year: the High Point College camp in North Carolina and the California University camp in Pennsylvania.

The 6-foot-5, 215-pound senior played two seasons of varsity basketball at center.

Is a member of the National and Latin Honor Societies. Also a member of Key and Latin clubs and President of senior class.

He has 4.2 grade point average and will attend Hampden-Sydney College on an academic scholarship.

He participated in the Presidential Classroom -- a week-long forum in the District of Columbia on national and international government.

Bishop Ireton Coach Dennis Stewart says: "Dan's a hard worker who played up to his potential. He's started three years and he was a big kid; I told him if he worked to improve himself he'd be a successful player and he's done exactly that."
