Exercise your creativity and win cash and travel prizes valued at $500 by coming up with a catchy new slogan/logo for the city of Alexandria. Successful slogans should raise Alexandria's visibility as a business and leisure destination. The Wesleyan Singers, a 35- to 40-voice women's chorus, is seeking new members for its 1990-91 concert season. This nonprofit group welcomes Northern Virginia women from all faiths and backgrounds who enjoy singing and performing. No formal audition is required, and there is no membership fee.
