Artists' Studio Tour
The Loudoun Arts Council will sponsor its third annual Artists' Studio Tour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The tour includes visits to the studios of seven Leesburg and eastern Loudoun artists Saturday and nine Oatlands area and Middleburg artists Sunday. A ticket that admits a visitor to all studios costs $5 for arts council members and $10 for others. The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor its annual dinner tomorrow at the Washington Dulles Airport Marriott. A reception, followed by dinner and dancing, begins at 6:30 p.m. Call 777-2176.

The Elizabeth Foster Fund for Animals will sponsor a rabies clinic from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Loudoun County Animal Shelter, at Routes 9 and 704. The cost is $4 per vaccination. The Loudoun Sketch Club will present an exhibit starting Sunday at the Loudoun Museum, 16 Loudoun St. SW, Leesburg. The show will open with a 2 p.m. reception Sunday and will remain on display until Dec. 3.
