Christmas Tour of Homes, Bazaars, Shows Scheduled

There are several holiday programs in the county this week:

The Loudoun Museum will sponsor a Christmas homes tour from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Candlelight tours will begin at 3 p.m. Admission to all six homes on the Leesburg tour is $6 in advance and $7 on the day of the tour, which begins at the museum, 16 Loudoun St. SW. Call 777-7427 or 777-0509.

Loudoun Hospital Center will sponsor a holiday bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in Conference Room I of the hospital. At 5 p.m., the Ladies Board Auxiliary will sponsor the lighting of the hospital Christmas tree. The lighting begins a month-long drive to raise funds for nursing scholarships. Morven Park, the historic home of former governor Westmoreland Davis, will be open for Christmas displays from noon to 5 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday and Dec. 7, 8 and 9. Admission is $5 for adults and free for children. Call 777-2414.

The town of Middleburg will sponsor a holiday arts and crafts show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Middleburg Community Center. At 3 p.m., a parade through town will feature bands, firetrucks, horses, and classic cars and trucks.

The Loudoun Valley Community Center will sponsor a holiday bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Call 338-4122. Workshop for Asthma Patients Set

The American Lung Association of Northern Virginia will sponsor two programs this week: a Saturday workshop for adults and children who have asthma and a Tuesday support group for residents with sarcoidosis, a chronic inflammation of the lungs. The workshop will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the association offices, 9735 Main St., Fairfax. The fee is $5. The support group meeting will be at 7 p.m. at Alexandria Hospital. The Sterling Community Center Annex will sponsor a performance by the dance company "Menagerie" at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow. The company will perform "Rosemary," an interpretation of an Italian folk tale. The Loudoun Christian Players will sponsor a Shakespearean reading and buffet at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Catherine Marshall Center in Lincoln. Admission is $15 per person and $25 per couple. Call 777-7800. Exhibition of India Wall Hangings

Leesburg Presbyterian Church will sponsor an exhibition of applique and embroidered wall hangings from India from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday. The exhibition also includes a film about the artwork at 12:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. Call 777-6495. How to Handle Hyperactive Children

A workshop for parents of children who are hyperactive or who have unusually short attention spans will take place at 7:30 tonight at Cool Spring Elementary School. Call 435-1490.
